Let me tell you about my process.

I often see my role as a coach as a little like a spotter for someone who’s
climbing a rock wall. I can take a step back, help you see new paths and give you
the
support you need to gain better footing on your way up.

Whatever you need to get there.

Here are a few other things to know about my approach and what makes me different:

I’m not a stuffy corporate consultant.

I'm empathetic and human. I understand what companies and their employees are dealing with on a daily basis. Plus, I have a sense of humor, I like to laugh and tell stories, and I tend to be pretty direct because I don’t want to waste your time or mine.

Or just a touchy-feely life coach.

I love helping others discover their true calling and seeing the profound impact this can have on their lives. Even though I’m warm and empathetic, I’m not in this to be your forever friend. Just the person who helps you make the long-lasting changes you need to make, as quickly as possible. I like getting results as much as you do.

I won't tell you what to do.

That’s not how this works. As a certified coach I have been trained to ask the right questions and help you discover your own answers - so you can break through to a deeper understanding of who you are and what you really want.

I understand the Marketing & Advertising world.

Most executive coaches aren’t familiar with the unique issues of marketing teams and creative organizations. Because I’ve spent years working in the world of marketing,

I get the challenges and I speak the language.

I use a powerful proven approach - the Leadership Circle Profile™

I am trained and certified in the highly acclaimed Leadership Circle Profile™. This tool provides valuable data that can be quite eye-opening -  it gives you a way to see your strengths and personal style more clearly. I often use this as a jumping off place in our coaching relationship. It’s proven to be especially useful in helping individuals and companies shift from reactionary to creative leadership and reach new levels of effectiveness, by focusing on:

  • Leading with vision and creativity

  • Bringing out the best in yourself and others

  • Acting with integrity; and

  • Encouraging and improving systems

Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can.
